The public park Ombria de Segària is located in Segària in the place known as the Penya Roja. It is a very characteristic place and a landscape milestone for all inhabitants of the Verger as well as neighboring towns.

In the public park have installed several picnic areas, a playground for children and is designed to be the starting point of the hiking trails in the “Serra de Segària” and to make known this place that offers many possibilities to your visitors.

For this reason, a new circular local path has been created that springs from the park and runs through the “Penya Roja” area near the Iberian settlement of the Penya Roja and gives access to the recently created Climbing School called “La Cara de l’Indi”. The path also serves as access to PR-CV-415 (Circular of the “Serra de Segària”) through which we can visit the “Cova Fosca” in the “Morro de les Coves” as well as ascend to the top of the ” Penya Roja “(251m) and the “Serra de Segària” (506m).
