The Generalitat Valenciana has declared the official duel in the whole Valencian Community tomorrow, Sunday 19th April. The mourning has been declared as a sign of respect, recognition and condolence for the people who have lost their lives because of the COVID-19.
Flags will be flown at half-mast outside public buildings and 3 minutes of silence will be called at 12 noon on the same Sunday so that we can all express our condolences by going out to the balconies in silence for the relevant 3 minutes.
