In compliance with the provisions of article 178 of Legislative Decree 1/2021, of 18 June, of the Council of approval of the Consolidated Text of the Law of Territorial, Urban Planning and Landscape Planning of the Valencian Community, according to which “1. The town councils, within the scope of their competence, will keep two registers of public access: one of Action Programmes and the other of Groupings of Urban Planning Interest and Collaborating Urban Planning Entities.
The Town Planning Department of the Excmo. Town Hall of El Verger has proceeded to the creation of the Register of Action Programmes and the Register of Associations of Town Planning Interest and Collaborating Town Planning Entities, which will include the action programmes and those groups or entities that intervene in the town planning actions carried out by our corporation since the current town planning regulations of the Valencian Community came into force, without prejudice to those that, prior to this legal mandate, were already registered and appear in the regional Register of the competent Regional Ministry for Town Planning.
The purpose of the Register is to give formal publicity to the approved action programmes, as well as to the existing urban interest groups and collaborating urban development entities, favouring their public consultation and, at the same time, to provide legal transparency to the procedure involved in the registration of all of them in the Register.
The Plenary of the Town Council of El Verger, in session of 09 August 2023, approved the creation of this Municipal Register. (Plenary Agreement).
