Based on the current health situation produced by the COVID-19, particularly in the province of Alicante, and in accordance with the proposal for action formulated within the Governing Council of the Agency at its ordinary session of 25 January 2021, by Resolution of the Director of Suma. Gestión Tributaria, of 1 February 2021, due to the forecasts of evolution and improvement of the health situation that allow taxpayers to comply with the deadlines, the deadlines for the collection of Municipal Taxes and other Public Law Revenues, in the voluntary period, are extended.
The voluntary period is the time established by the regulations for the payment of taxes and fees that are collected. Once this period has expired, surcharges and other costs are applied. In this first payment period, the Vehicle Tax, the fees for parking and waste collection, and other public revenues are collected. This payment period affects all the city councils in the province of Alicante, except Alcoy, Alicante, Santa Pola and Xàbia.
This year’s payment period is from 25 March to 14 June 2021.
The direct debit date is 7 June. The deadline for direct debit payment of your bills is 31 May.
